How to invite a team member to your Wix website, so you don't have to give out your login

Want to give someone access to your site, but don't want to give them your login? You don't need to! Follow these steps to invite someone to your website.


Step 1: From the dashboard of your site. Click on "settings" on the right hand side in the dark gray menu


You may need to scroll down in the menu to see the settings menu option.



















Step 2: Click on the "roles and permissions" option


Step 3: In the top right hand corner, click on the blue "invite people" button

Step 4: Enter in the email of the person(s) you're looking to invite

Step 5: Select the role you'd like them to have. Each role offers different permissions

Want someone to have access to your form submissions, but don't want them to be able to edit the site? There's a role for that! Wix offers several options you can select for roles. If you don't see one that fits what you're looking for, you can create your own custom role.
